Andy Williams: Can’t Get Used to Losing You

Square

I was just at the start of my interest in pop when this was released by Andy Williams in early 1963, and I loved it. Written by Jerome ‘Doc’ Pomus and Mort Shuman, it peaked at number 2 in both the US and the UK.

In 1967 Amen Corner recorded it for their debut album, Round Amen Corner. I think Andy Fairweather Low had one of the greatest pop voices but I am not keen on the orchestration.
