I’m not a great Motown fan but I think this one is great. It was written by group members Smokey Robinson (lead vocalist), Pete Moore (bass vocalist), and Marv Tarplin (guitarist).Released in 1965, it reached No 16 in America but failed to chart in Britain. It was re-released in 1969, credited to Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, and reached No 9.
