Lindisfarne: Lady Eleanor

Always had a soft spot for Lindisfarne, despite visiting Holy Island in July and being unable to see more than 3ft in the fog.

  1. Great song, I always liked that one but not “Fog On The Tyne” which was just plain silly. “Run For Home” reminds me of school days. Some good hand gestures here:

I’ve been to Lindisfarne just the once and loved it; very peaceful, had little birds eating out of my hand. Lancashire has its own little sundered land reached over a causeway (Sunderland Point). I got a book of Lancashire tales recently which had a lovely little poem about the place.
