This was recorded in Hamburg in 1961, when Pete Best was still the drummer. The song, by Milton Ager and Jack Yellen, was published in 1927. I think you can hear in it what was so exciting about the early Beatles, before they carved themselves a middle-of-the-road rut under the influence of Paul McCartney.
